Description: A Referral Partner is an individual or businesses that provides Level 4 Telcom with prequalified business leads that they have spoken to about our product and thus “opened a door” for us to reach out and contact them. No selling is required by the Partner, just simply the opening of a door is required so our sales staff can then pursue and hopefully sign the prospect up for service.

Our Referral Partners earn an average of $300 per referral. Referral Partners will be compensated one time in the amount equal to one month’s service value of the account that was referred and commission will be paid approximately 30 days from when the referral starts utilizing our services.

Monthly Earning Examples (Based on an average account MRC of $300 per month)

Three new accounts per month	$900	$10,800 per year
Four new accounts per month	$1,200	$14,400 per year

Becoming a Referral Partner is easy! Simply complete and submit our Referral Partner Application and then one of our team will contact you to discuss the opportunity further. Once your application is approved, you will need to complete a Referral Partner Agreement and an IRS W-9 form.
