General Overview
Our VoIP switching infrastructure is housed in a 6000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art data center located in downtown Orlando, Florida. This facility features robust, high-speed redundant networks

and features the highest quality hardware, most sophisticated networking technologies and protocols, and superior carrier access. This facility ensures that our mission-critical systems are safe, and the carrier-neutral environment allows us to negotiate competitive pricing with our underlying carriers.

Power Supply (AD / DC)
The data center is located on the same power grid as the regional Hospital and receives first priority power restoration. Multiple expandable 277/480V, 3 Phase, 1200AMP Services. DC power includes redundant expandable 800AMP Plant; A&B Feeds with 48 Hour battery reserve at full load.

UPS Power (Battery Backup)
The data center utilizes four high capacity battery backup units with a combined capacity of 490KVA.

Generator Backup
400KW & 350KW Diesel Caterpillars with 250 & 500 gallon tanks; 500 KW Diesel Cummins; and portable fuel tank. Monitored remotely by OmniMetrix Wireless System.

Fire Suppression
The facility is protected by an industry standard FM-200 Halon fire suppression system.

HVAC
100 tons of Air-cooled floor-standing data grade HVACs. Liebert System 3, Dual 30 ton units, Liebert 15 ton, Dual Data Aire 13 ton units.

Monitoring and Control
DataTrax system monitors Power, UPS, ATS, Batteries, Generator, HVACs, Temperature, Humidity, Air-flow, Fire Detection/Suppression systems, Video Surveillance, Security.

Security
Secured facility located within a private telecom facility that uses live security personnel. Swipe card and pin credentials are required in order to gain access to the interior data center. Additionally the facility is under 24/t/365 video surveillance.

Internet Providers
The data center is strategically located on two separate fiber loops that feed downtown Orlando. This gives us access to a variety of Tier One Internet providers such as; Time Warner Telecom, Cogent, Level 3, Verizon/MCI, CenturyLink (EMBARQ), AT&T, Brighthouse, FPL FiberNet & Host.Net.
